This is an index of files available in the anonymous ftp login doc
directory on ftp.math.utah.edu (formerly known as science.utah.edu,
and still accessible that way).

See the top-level index file (~ftp/pub/index) for details about the
collections, and information on access and conventions.

History:
        This directory contains the contents of ps:<anonymous>, the
        anonymous ftp directory on science.utah.edu; that machine, a
        DEC-20/60, was retired from 12.5 years of faithful service on
        31-Oct-1990.  The machine math.utah.edu, a UNIX file server,
        will henceforth have an alias of science.utah.edu, so that mail
        and ftp requests to the latter continue to work.

        Because of the change from a TOPS-20 file system to a UNIX one,
        it will no longer be necessary to use "tenex" mode in ftp for
        the transfer of binary files; "binary" mode will work fine.
